The team here at MyHobbyStore strives to dispatch your order within 1 business day from our warehouse based in Sydney, Australia.

 

Our Carrier Network

• Standard Shipping: Australia Post or Couriers Please
• Express Shipping: Australia Post

We are proud to be launching same-day delivery to select areas in Sydney Metro in the near future - stay tuned for more info!

At this stage, we are only shipping within Australia and cannot offer international options. 

 

Our Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on cart size and destination. 

 

Our Dispatch & Delivery Times

We operate from Monday to Friday and pick/dispatch orders within 1 business day. We also offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1:30pm (AEDT).

Once your order has been consigned with the carrier, it is usually picked up within 1 business day. It is then dependent on the carrier to deliver within their stated time frame.

• Standard delivery: Usually 3 to 6 business days from collection (for metro areas).
• Express delivery: Usually 1 to 3 business days from collection (for metro areas).

 

Delays

Delivery delays may occur from time to time. Unfortunately this is mostly out of our control; however if you believe there is an issue with your delivery please reach out to Customer Support with your order number and we will launch an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
